Registration Information

Registration fees are 240 NIS for students and 480 NIS for researchers and faculty. There are no partial registration schemes. Please note that these prices are exceptionally low relative to other local and international conferences, and are meant to cover the conference expenses only. For those who need a signed receipt for reimbursement, please bring a printed copy of the electronic receipt to the conference site, where it can be signed at the front desk. There will be no reimbursement in cases of cancellations for personal reasons.

To register for the conference (all participants, including presenters), please follow these two steps:

A. Please complete the registration details form below. The details entered in this form will appear on your name tag.


B. To pay the registration fee, please click here. First, open a user account (משתמש חדש, see the top of the page, below the ANA logo – אנ"א), create a password, and fill in your details. Please note that this is a standard ANA registration form, therefore it includes some details (such as medical insurance company, קופת חולים) that are most relevant for minority populations. Once registered, enter your details (ID no. and password) on the original page here and enter the relevant seminar number. Graduate students and post-docs paying the 240 NIS fee should fill in the number 24000 in the field of seminar number ("מספר סמינר”). Researchers paying the 480 NIS fee should fill in the number 24001. Once clicking on the registration link on your left ("הרשמה") you will be passed on to the payment page. Following the payment, you will receive a receipt by mail (under the name of Marvilix [notifications@marvilix.com]). The receipt number appears within the file name, as well as at the top of the file (once it is opened).
