In response to the substantial increase in submissions and participants in recent years, along with the expansion of topics covered, the committee will be selective in accepting both talks and posters. Priority will be given to submissions that align closely with the core of cognitive research, that is, work primarily focused on cognition. We ask that you keep this in mind when deciding whether to submit your work and respectfully accept the committee’s decisions in this regard. Researchers or students whose submissions cannot be accommodated and who therefore choose not to participate in the conference will be eligible for a full refund of registration fees. 

The submission of abstracts will be allowed only after the submitting author has registered to the conference. Co-authors and people who wish to attend the conference without presenting must also register (by the specified deadline).

Abstracts should be no more than 250 words.

Important note: we will do our best to accommodate special requests that are accompanied by a compelling justification, but there is no guarantee that we will be able to do so in all cases.
